Products & services
Everything you sell lives in one list, under Products & Services. The AI agent quotes from it and nothing else: if an item is not here, the agent will say so rather than invent a price.
Adding an item
| Field | Notes |
|---|---|
| Name | What the agent calls it |
| Price | Free text, quoted exactly as you type it |
| Currency | Shown before the price |
| SKU / code | Customers who quote a code get an exact match |
| Description | Condition, specs, what is included |
| Photo | Optional — see below |
| Category | Groups the list |
| Also called | Other words customers use for it |
Price is quoted exactly
Whatever you type is what the customer is told. 1,200,000, from RM3,499 and ask for a quote are all fine — nothing is rounded, reformatted or converted.
A photo is optional
Plenty of stock sells on description alone. An item with no photo is still answered, in words. Upload one where you have it and the agent sends the photo with the price.
Uploaded photos are stored privately and shared with the messaging app through
a link that expires. They are not published to the open web.
Out of stock
Turn off In stock rather than deleting the item. A customer asking for it is told it is unavailable, which is more useful than the agent behaving as though it never existed.
How the agent picks an item
It scores the customer's message against every active item — the words in the name, the SKU, and anything under also called. The closest match wins, so "how much is the iPhone 13 Pro Max?" gets the Pro Max and "price of iPhone 13" gets the cheaper one.
If nothing matches closely enough, the agent answers from the rest of its knowledge instead of guessing. Use Test on the page to see exactly which item a given message would return.
Stock
Leave Stock empty for anything you do not count — a service, or something made to order — and confirming an order for it never changes a number. A zero is a real answer and means sold out: the item stays listed and labelled rather than disappearing, so a customer asking about it gets a straight answer.
When an item drops to your Low stock warning level you get a notification with a link to it. Without that the agent goes on quoting something you cannot ship until somebody happens to look.
Keeping it honest
The agent is told, in its instructions, to quote these entries exactly and never invent an item, a price or a specification. Changing a price here changes it everywhere the agent speaks — there is no second copy to keep in step.
