Every report can be run for 7, 30, 90 or 365 days and exported with Export CSV. The API equivalent is GET /reports/{key}/export?days=30.
Orders, bookings and order activity
Orders is every sale with its items, total, fulfilment and payment state, the channel it came in on and who took it. Bookings is the same record for appointments, ordered by when they are scheduled rather than when they were entered — a diary reads forwards. Order activity is one row per change: what changed, from what to what, who did it and when, which is the report to run when you need to answer "who moved this to Shipped?".
Dates are shown in your own time zone on screen and exported as full ISO timestamps, which spreadsheets parse correctly.
Satisfaction (CSAT)
Wrapping up a case sends a rating request on the channel. Ratings can also be posted to POST /csat with a score from 1 to 5 and an optional comment.
